Debbie’s Ginger Turkey Meatballs on Butter Lettuce Leaves



1 lb. lean ground turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
3 egg whites
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp rice vinegar



1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f

2. Combine all ingredients very well

3. Use your hands if you need to! Form 1 inch meatballs

4. Place on foil or parchment lined flat baking sheet sprayed very lightly with coconut oil

5. Bake for about 12 minutes

6. Serve and enjoy!
